The gig started with this $135. Seller promised this was the only thing required. Later on said need to buy almot $200 worth of theme, membership to 3rd party tools, another $75 for setting up store. Was trying to scam me for another $450 to do FB ads. THIS IS FRAUD!! I need my refund please.

They were fairly prompt and answered every question. However, they were unwilling to change parts of the site that I requested (menu in the top bar instead of the side bar). Also, they did provide targeting information and an already created sample video ad for each product on the site. Which is great, but I have absolutely NO idea what to do with this information. I would say this seller is best if you need a quick site thrown up with some decent products and already have an idea of how to market them and bring in sales.
