Poor quality of work, but what's beyond unacceptable is that she logged into my Shopify store and completely changed the design without my permission once the job was completed. I'm not sure why this happened, but I'm extremely disappointed and am now wondering if this is some sort of identity theft scheme. I sure hope now. Stay away at all costs.
